EFIE
The Carburetor Enhancer and EFIE device were developed to reduce the fuel consumption of the regular fuel system to compensate for both the regular fuel system increase in efficiency from combustion enhancement technology and for fuel that comes into the engine independently of the regular fuel system; for example, the HyCO fuel vapors or 'Brown's Gas' from the HyZor. The EFIE device is available fully assembled and needs only to be connected to the wiring of the vehicle. Full instructions are included. The EFIE needs to be applied to ALL vehicles that have oxygen sensors, if ANY combustion enhancement technology is considered. The reason for adding the EFIE to oxygen sensors is because the computers get confused when combustion enhancement methods are used in the engine. This is because of the extra oxygen in the exhaust gasses due to the more complete combustion. Applying the EFIE to the oxygen sensor modifies the oxygen sensor output so that the computers do not get know there is additional oxygen. Most fuel injection systems have oxygen sensors and most carburetors do not. You need an EFIE on those few carburetors that have oxygen sensor feedback. Top Of Page
