The ER 1150 Water Torch does not pollute. It's only by-product is water. It does not use up the oxygen in the area in which it is operating. It will even burn in a vacuum. So it can safely be used in closed rooms. The cost to operate the ER 1150 Water Torch can be less than 2% of the cost of oxy./acet. for the same work done. This means big money savings to people who use a lot of oxy./acet. It saves the cost of maintaining storage of bottled gas. Plus! the cost of hauling and storing bottled gas is reduced or eliminated. The flame itself is much quieter than an oxy./acet. flame of the same power. And the ER 1150 Water Torch is virtually silent in operation. Traditional electrolyzers are very noisy because of their power transformer and big fans.

Welding glass, copper, aluminum, quartz, and cast iron with Brown's Gas! Use Brown's Gas to cut iron, steel and cast iron. Fusing is not actually welding, because the materials do not actually combine on a molecular level, but just flow into and around each other. Brazing and soldering are types of fusing. Brown's Gas does a wonderful job of fusing. Brown's Gas is an excellent way to pre-heat almost any material. Watch out though, it has characteristics that'll surprise you :) Possible uses for Brown's Gas that we haven't experimented with yet. Uses of Brown's Gas that we have experimented with but don't fit into the above catagories.
