Frequently Asked Questions - Brown's GasA. Eagle-Research defines Brown's Gas (BG) as: "The entire mixture of gasses coming out of an electrolyzer that is specifically designed to electrolyze (split) water and to NOT separate the resulting gasses from each other." Brown's Gas is a ratio of 2 parts hydrogen to 1 part oxygen and usually contains a significant water vapor component. Research indicates that Brown's Gas has characteristics that cannot be achieved by simply mixing bottled hydrogen and oxygen in a stoichiometric ratio. BG contains H, H2, O, O2, H2O (as water vapor) and a special 6th 'structured' gas that Yull Brown called a 'Fluid Crystal', George Wiseman calls 'Electrically Expanded Water' (ExW) and professor Ruggero Santilli calls 'Magnecules'. BG is also known under brand names of: Common-Ducted Gas, Rhode's Gas, Spirig Gas, Hydroxy, Brown Gas, Green Gas, Klein Gas, Aquygen, HHO, SG Gas, Ohmasa Gas and (erroneously by WikiPedia) OxyHydrogen. Here are George Wiseman's theories of what Brown's Gas may be... (click) A. We have discovered that Brown's Gas has the potential to affect every area of our lives. It can lower our cost of living, improve our health, allow our civilization to stop pollution, reverse existing pollution and provide huge economic gains. One extremely small example is the focus of the Marketing Plan for 'Water Torch Collective, Ltd. When using Brown's Gas instead of traditional industrial gasses (like acetylene) for cutting, preheating, welding, soldering, brazing, etc. it lowers the fuel cost by as much as 98%, while doing the work faster, easier and with much higher quality results. Also, the exhaust is water, absolutely no pollution. WTC is going after the industrial gas industry first, because it has less political issues for a startup business, and there are hundreds of millions of dollars to be made. See: Brown's Gas for cutting steel. See Examples of 'traditional' applications on See also POLITICALLY HOT BROWN'S GAS USES Mr. Wiseman got into Brown's Gas simply because he wanted it in his own shop. As an inventor he is always building things that are not 'on the shelf'. and he learns every exotic welding technique he can. He wanted Brown's Gas because it had properties that he wanted. At the time (1991) Mr. Wiseman could not afford to buy a Brown's Gas machine. He applied his considerable innovative resources to build his own. By applying techniques learned during his Free Energy research, he ended up with a technology that was half the size and weight, while being twice as efficient as traditional electrolyzers. He wrote books detailing his research and to teach anyone how-to build the world's most practical electrolyzers. In the process of developing the Brown's Gas technology for his own use, Mr. Wiseman started discovering other uses for the gas. Realizing both the tremendous benefits possible to civilization and the huge profit potential, he started to manufacture versions of his electrolyzer. Yes. First by saving money. Brown's Gas (BG) can cut your fuel bills dramatically with inexpensive home-built machines. BG is being used as a health enhancement. BG is being used to reduce the fuel consumption of vehicles. After you've applied BG technology to your own life, then you can make money helping others do the same. Then you can apply BG to make semi-precious rubies, saphires, emeralds and moonstone that your wife will love (I made some in the shape of hearts. You can shape quartz or weld jewelry. You could rejuvinate a copper mine. Getting 3 times more copper out of the mine than it originally produced. Or you could neutralize atomic waste. BG will, in a short time, affect every part of our lives. It's uses are limited only by our imaginations. A team of people under the umbrella of a Company called Water Torch Collective, Ltd. (WTC) are working to promote Brown's Gas. WTC has marketing plans that can make money both by direct sales and by residual income (which is willable). To see details of this marketing plan, you must attend one of the Eagle-Research/WTC 'Leader of the Pack' Brown's Gas Meetings. (see more) In theory yes, there are ways to do it; but we do NOT recommend it. Brown's Gas uses a lot of electricity to make. BG requires special explosion-proof containers. BG can't be stored under high pressure (it will explode). In addition, the BG flame in it's pure form will melt through cooking pots in seconds, so you have to dilute it in various ways (reducing it's efficiency). You're better off using the electricity to do the heating directly. And there are much better (safer and cheaper) options to 'store' energy. However: Mixing BG with a carbon-fuel is a GREAT idea as the BG acts like a catalyst, allowing the carbon fuel to release more heat than it otherwise would. Note: There are 'rumors' (patents and plans on the internet) that, using 'catalytic materials', a BG heater can be constructed that radiates large amounts of heat (using little electricity). I have not yet seen proof that this works. A. Gasoline internal combustion engines run excellently on Brown's Gas but don't expect a self-running engine (running on water alone), because it takes over 10 times the power to create the Brown's Gas than you get out of the engine running on it. A. At this time, I'm working with two theories. 1. The H and O atoms are still in the water molecule form but the water molecule has been encouraged to soak up electricity like a sponge soaks up water. The electrically charged water molecule then turns into an electrically expanded gaseous (explosive) form of water that is not steam. 2. The H and O atoms are split from the water molecule and prevented from recombining into H2 and O2 because they entered a 'gaseous structure' which Yull Brown called a "gaseous crystal', George Wiseman called 'electrically expanded water' and Professor Santilli calls 'magnecules'. The actual fact may be a combination of these two theories. A. Not well enough, we're working on that. See our current theories: http://www.eagle-research.com/browngas/whatisbg/watergas.php http://www.eagle-research.com/browngas/whatisbg/whatis.php Another example of this 'cold' type of monatomic flame was reported years ago: -Popular Science May 1950, page 155; "'Hot Torch Has "Cold" Flame'- A torch so hot it melts Tungsten or quartz-yet has a "cold" flame- has been invented by Dr. J. D. Cobine....a magnetron tube....make the molecules in a nitrogen gas jet break up into atoms. When the nitrogen atoms hit a surface, they join up into molecules again, liberating a great deal of heat. However, the heat exists only at the surface of the work, so the flame itself is not hot in the ordinary sense...." A. There are demonstrations put on by Eagle-Research and WaterTorch Distributors. Follow this link for details: http://www.eagle-research.com/store/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=6 A. We do not give out people's contact information without their permission. We are working to put together such a list. We need the person's permission, ability to have them revoke their permission and a user-friendly way to put such a list on our website. We are working in reverse order, currently upgrading our website, then we'll ask permission of the hundreds of people using our WaterTorch technology. Please understand that most people buy or build machines don't want to be overrun by information seekers. We do encourage open sharing of experimental results and are working to share these on our websites. A. No one owns any valid 'right' to all Brown's Gas technology. All valid patents have expired and Yull Brown allowed the name to be public domain. Dennis Lee has, in the past, laid claim to any and all sales of anything related to "Brown's Gas". In my experience, this is a typical Dennis Lee statement; starts with a small fact and stretches it into virtual-reality. He has the right to sell the 'China' version of Yull Brown's machines in the USA; nothing else. I understand he got that right by by-passing Yull Brown, (after having Yull Brown teach him about the technology) by sending the Chinese a tape which had Yull Brown saying bad things about them. Eagle-Research Brown's Gas Technology (documented in our Books) is completely different and developed independently of Yull Brown and Dennis Lee. Eagle-Research is advancing the public use of Brown's Gas faster than any previous entity. We have made our technology public domain, including details on how to home-build the world's most efficient machines. |
