But the gains are not totally additive.

Assuming each gets about 10% separately, together they'd get about 15%

A. It atomizes a portion of the fuel (diesel or gasoline) that is returning to the fuel tanks (using turbo pressure) and feeds the atomized fuel into the turbocharger (to be homogenized with air).

The net result is some fuel fumes in the air charge before the injector squirts.

This promotes faster, smoother and more complete combustion.

Increased combustion efficiency achieves greater power, fuel economy and lower pollution.

The HyCO 2DT can also be used (as a separate unit, not integrated into the vehicle fuel system) with to add gasoline to diesel engines and/or water injection to any vehicle with a turbocharger.

Independent tests show 10% fuel economy gains in large truck engines, with a 10% increase in power.

A. We do not sell actual units at this time.

The people who we developed it for decided not to proceed with marketing (for reasons that had nothing to do with the technology) and we started selling the How-To information.

You will have to build the simple and straight-forward system yourself.

A. The HyCO 2DT Manual 'as written' was to be the operation Manual that we would include when selling fully assembled kits, so some details were not needed.

Because we do not, at this time, have a fully assembled kit; we (in 2001) updated the Manual to include construction details you'll need as the (now) last two pages in each book.

It mentions things like the hole sizes in the ball.  If your book did not include this double-sided sheet. You may email us for the details.
