As a reference for researchers working on water as fuel, this is an invaluable addition to the workshop. Specifically, I have recreated several applications, and would like to report that my 750cc '79 yamaha increased milage from 31 mpg to a solid 37 mpg after wrapping the tank w/ 3 layers foil and newspaper, then covering in leather. The first half tank (50 miles) showed no improvement. Within the next 100 miles, I had to clean the plugs 4-5 times; at that point, I leaned the carbs, with no loss of performance. I have since ridden 1000+ miles, and the only difference in the bike is... nothing. Thanks again, marc
