If you have a fuel system that has oxygen sensor feedback (some carburetors and most fuel injection) You will require the EFIE device as well. It comes with installation instructions. You need an EFIE for each oxygen sensor located before the catalytic converter.

We seriously recommend getting the HyZor Technology Book with your HyZor Basic Kit. It will detail the HyZor upgrades and options that'll maximize and optimize your gains.

· How much amperage

· How much amperage does the ER HyZor consume? – ER HyZor consumes from 1 to 7 amps of electricity when operating; depending on configuration choices during construction and current operating conditions.  See HyZor Resources and FAQ for more details.

This load is handled easily by your electrical system. Some other companies selling HHO generators are consuming up to 20 amps and sometimes more!! Most vehicles electrical systems simply cannot handle this high load over a longer period of time leading to a burnt out alternator. Remember this load is there at all times when the engine is running, so it is a continual load on the alternator. This additional load and gas production is simply not necessary and wasteful – please refer to the HyZor Technology book for details on how the HyZor achieves the same gains but uses 1/10th the amperage.

I installed it on a 1991, 4 cylinders Hyundai that was smoking terrible and wouldn't pass the emission test. The mechanic at the shop told me that this vehicle now has the higher standard of emmissions for my country. The Hyzor saves gas also, one day I gauged 75% savings but I would not beleived until I install it in other car with a compuetr connection with the Scangauge device to be sure. The electrician had some problems with the board and he installed a relay instead. It works
Thanks

I wanted to tell you about my increased milage from installing and uaing the
ER HYZOR that I recently purchaced.
After ysing it for about two months, it has shown me an over all gain of
about three to 5 MPG. This is installed on a 2006 3/4 ton dodge 4WD with a
300 horse Cummins Diesel. that is about 15 to 20 % increase. Thanks and keep
up the good work!

I have installt the ER Hyzor basic kit and the Efie unit on my truck, a 1990 Chev Silverado with a 350 engine.
To my amaizement everything went right from scratch one. Everything seems to be working ok. I can see bubbles producing in the tower and the blue light came on as soon as I filled in more water to bring it up to the level required and the yellow light went out.
Here are some of the results I am getting.
I have an old Chev Silverado with a gaz gobbeling 350cc ( 5.7 ltr ) engine
Before I installed the original unit from you I was getting 10-11 m/gal in local driving.
Going to Saskatoon etc, just with the truck I was getting 12-14 m/gal with good driving condition, no or very little wind, enough moisture in the air etc. Than I installed you Hyzor and my Gaz milage in local driving increased to 13-14 m/gal and on longer trips I would get 15-16m/gal. Last summer I pulled my 18/5 feet 5th wheeler before installing the Hyzor and got 10.71m/gal. Weather was ideal. After I installed the Hyzor this brought the performance up to 13.5 m/gal.

Thought I would let everyone know how I've done with a 97 geo metro hatchback. This car is an OBDII car with throttle body 4cyl, 1 O2 sensor (with EFIE) and an automatic. EFIE is approx. 200mv. Any more will set a lean code.
This car had typical city mpg of 28.2. It was a daily driver for my son and his wife for about 6 months, city driving only. (these cars weren't made for the interstate)
After I hyzor'd and EFIE'd this car, (installed a homemade fuel line heater as well) the current city mpg runs right at 38.4. A little more than 36% increase.
Car has noticeably more power, cruises with less throttle according to scan guage and seems to run cooler.
Just thought you'd all like to know.

On my first mileage test I got a 30% increase in mpg. From 10mpg to 13mpg. Not bad for a 3/4 ton van with a 1500 lb. steam cleaner mounted inside. Also noticed that I had more available power driving at normal speeds.
Thanks again for putting together a product that really works.
