NEW (top)
The Brown's Gas Meeting in
Spokane, Washington; scheduled for
November 15/01 is postponed
till April 13-14/2002. We
apologize for any inconvenience. See
the Brown's Gas News (below) for
more details.
We just got back from our honeymoon
(two years after our marriage). We
intended to go to Australia for our
honeymoon but have been so busy that
it just wasn't happening. We took
several weeks to the Oregon coast
and had a very good
time.
I am aware that I am hard to
reach for personal consultations. I
do it deliberately because I only
have limited time to talk. I'm a
'doer' not a 'talker'.
However,
I really want to help people and
maintain contact, so we are starting
a 'Chat' group. Then you will know
when and where I can be reached to
answer questions. It is planned to
happen on a Sunday afternoon once
every two months. The first one will
be Sunday, November 18/01 at 3 PM
EST. I will post the url to the chat
before chat time:)).

Feature:
EXTREMEM MILEAGE
(top)
It
is possible to get over 200 miles
per gallon of gasoline in an
ordinary internal combustion vehicle
weighing over 2000 lbs.
Mechanics
are NOT taught how to do this. In
fact, they are taught that it is not
possible. I am a mechanic, I know
what is taught. Mechanics are taught
to fix the technology currently
being manufactured. They are not
taught to design superior fuel
systems, I had to learn how to do
that myself.
I've
personally made a 1973 GMC 1/2 ton
pickup with a standard transmission
and a carbureted 292ci engine get
over 200 mpg. It took my brother and
I over a year and $16,000 to build
the fuel system.
I'm
in the process of writing a book
outlining how to convert any vehicle
to get this extreme mileage. I've
written a 'preview' of the book in a
'pocketpal' booklet called 'Why
>200 MPG is Possible', available
for $3. People who answered my
survey in a previous newsletter will
get this booklet free. It is being
sent to them now.
When
looking for mileage gains, there are
several levels of options. Most
people use the simple stuff. Like
changing driving habits, making fuel
combustion more efficient and
decreasing drivetrain resistance.
These options can easily increase
mileage of most vehicles by 50% and
cost between $10 and $100. My 'Super
Gas Saver Secrets' book details a
lot of these options.
Serious
experimenters start to implement
projects like alternative fuels,
vaporizing fuel and engine
modifications. These options can
increase mileage by 100 to 300% and
cost between $100 and
$5000.
Very
few inventors reach the extreme
mileage gains, because the aptitude,
knowledge, skills and opportunity
don't come together very often. Any
inventor that actually managed to
achieve extreme mileage was
suppressed when they tried to market
their innovation. Eagle-Research is
not going to produce high mileage
kits. Instead, we are going to teach
anyone who cares to know how to
build their own high mileage fuel
system.
Extreme
mileage comes by making the vehicle
as efficient as possible and then
adding a fuel system that 'cracks'
the fuel before it is burned. This
technology gives ten times better
mileage than OEM. This knowledge has
not made public by 'vested interest'
and it is certainly not taught to
mechanics.
Finally,
actually redesigning vehicles could
give 400+ mpg. One practical way is
to use hybrid electric technology.
Hybrid electric vehicles being
marketed today are still using
technology that is wasteful of fuel.
I think they are mostly a political
'ploy' to indicate that the 'vested
interest' are doing 'something' to
progress when in fact they still
want us to burn as much fuel as
possible.
Vehicles
that are 'self-fueling' are
completely possible and will be the
subject of my next
e-newsletter.
=====================================================

|
Note:
I drive older vehicles because I
believe in getting everything out of a
vehicle that it is capable of
giving.
There
is a significant environmental cost to
manufacturing a vehicle and by having
the vehicle on the road for twice as
long saves tons of pollution by only
needing to produce half the new
vehicles.
Jobs
that are now used to build new vehicles
could be used to maintain the ones
already on the road.

FUEL
SAVER NEWS:
(top)
My
wife has agreed to allow me to use
her car as a 'fuel saver' test
example. It has taken her four years
to agree to allow me to put my
fuel-saving technology on her car.
She supports my work in every way,
enhancing everything that
Eagle-Research does. Now she is
trusting me with her car. In future
editions of this newsletter I will
describe the modifications and the
results as I do them.
Her
car is a good one to use as an
example because it is HERS. Any
husband knows that it is important
to not have his wife stranded
somewhere. It is extra important
when it is her car because she needs
to trust it to get her home safely.
She is trusting that she'll have
trouble-free driving as I upgrade
her car.
The
goal of this example is to apply
Eagle-Research technology to bring
her car up to the highest practical
mileage with no performance loss.
Practical means not spending too
much money and applying technology
that does not require her to drive
(or maintain) the vehicle in any
significantly different way than she
is used to.
I
will not be using extreme mileage
techniques. I will be using
Eagle-Research 'standard'
technologies as I would recommend to
any Eagle-Research customer.
Modifications will be done in the
order I normally recommend; one step
at a time. I will make appropriate
comments and notes with each step. I
will not include vehicle maintenance
costs, because those are not
relevant to the addition of the fuel
saving technology.
Her
car is a 1983 Honda Civic hatchback
with a 1500cc CVCC engine,
carbureted, with a manual
transmission. As the very first
step, I have gone over the engine
and drivetrain, bringing it up to an
acceptable OEM mechanical standard.
It has recently passed a government
certified safety
inspection.
I
like this particular engine because
it has two intake valves (per
cylinder), one regular and one
auxiliary valve. The auxiliary valve
goes into a pre-combustion chamber
where the spark plug is. This allows
the pre-combustion mixture to be
'richer' so that it will explode
well and allows the cylinder to be
'leaner' and still combust
completely. It solves one of the
problems of a lean mixture by
igniting the cylinder mixture with a
flame front instead of a spark.
Lean
mixtures are harder it ignite
consistently with an ordinary spark
ignition. If the mixture doesn't
fire and burn efficiently, you've
just wasted some fuel (and
power).
A
problem with this 'double intake
valve' setup is the difficulty in
adjusting the carburetor correctly.
The carburetor has two completely
independent fuel systems that have
to be balanced. It is difficult to
use the colortunes because you only
'read' the precombustion chamber.
The 'home maintenance' Manuals say
"take it to the dealer" because they
have the special tools and
techniques.
I
did take it to the dealer because I
wanted the vehicle to be as correct
OEM adjusted as possible as a
baseline for the modifications. In
the future I'll use the colortune on
the precombustion chamber and
exhaust gas analyzer for adjusting
the main cylinder
mixture.
Honda
does an impressive job of
engineering. Now I will prove that
it could have been better and can be
made better by any backyard
mechanic.
I
am now testing the car for actual
mileage and performance
baseline.

Eagle-Research
defines 'free energy' as usable
energy that comes directly from the
environment (you did not pay anyone
for it).
Eagle-Research
tends to ignore 'traditional'
sources of free energy such as wind,
solar, water power and geothermal
because such technologies do not
need our innovation. With the
exception of technology that
increases the efficiency of
traditional sources or makes
traditional sources 'more practical'
for people.
We
concentrate on energy sources that
are not yet developed, such as
gravity, ambient heat, ambient
electrical potentials, orgone
energy, etc.
-------
Eagle-Research
defines an 'over-unity' system as a
system that produces more measured
output energy than measured input
energy.
This
does not mean we get 'something for
nothing', it simply means that we
did not measure all the input
energy.
In
some technologies (such as orgone
energy), we do not yet know how to
measure the input
energies.

FREE
ENERGY COMMENTS
(top)
I
figure this is a good time to
introduce about some 'free energy'
thoughts using Brown's Gas
technology.
--------------------
There
is developing evidence that Brown's
Gas heats certain materials in an
'over-unity' manner.
Brown's
Gas is produced by running an
electrical current through an
electrolyzer. We consistently
produce a liter of Brown's Gas for
every 3 watthour used. We have
reliably produced a liter of Brown's
Gas using only 2
watthours.
When
the Brown's Gas flame is applied to
materials (such as tungsten) it
heats up the material faster (more
Btu energy becomes evident) than if
the same amount of wattage was
applied to an electric resistive
heater. As we get the time, we'll
post the results of our experiments
and our theory as to why this can
happen.
In
the meantime, there are 'catalytic'
heaters being sold in Japan that
operate on Brown's Gas. These
heaters produce only water moisture
as exhaust (so can be used indoors)
and produce about 4 times more Btu
than an electric resistive heater of
the same wattage. Electric resistive
heaters are 'known' to be nearly
100% efficient, so we are looking at
nearly 4 times
'over-unity'.
--------------------
An
idea I'm working out the details on
involves the 'phase change' that
occurs during electrolysis. Here is
a very rough outline of the
system.
Given:
A
liquid will always occupy the bottom
dimensions of a
container.
A
gas will always occupy all the
dimensions of a
container.
Electrolysis
takes 3 watthours to make a liter of
gas. This electrolyzes (turns to a
gas) about 0.85 gram of
water.
Electrolysis
can take place at low ambient
pressures.
Electrolysis
turns liquid (water) into a gas
(hydrogen and oxygen) that remains a
gas regardless of ambient
temperatures. Steam is also a gas
from water, but condenses if
cooled.
The
System:
Starts
with the electrolyzer producing
Brown's Gas at the lowest point in
the system. The Brown's Gas rises to
a burner at the highest point. When
burned, the Brown's Gas turns back
into water and drops down another
tube back to the
electrolyzer.
Power
Output:
On
the way up, one can add a turbine
that has very little pressure drop
across it, depending on gas volume
and velocity to produce power.
At
the top, the heat energy from the
flame is used to run a heat cycle
engine, like a Wise Cycle or
Stirling Cycle. These cycles are
only about 50% efficient but there
is the possibility of the over-unity
heating discussed above.
On
the way down, the liquid water can
run a pelton wheel turbine. With
enough height, you can recover the
total energy used to make the gas in
the electrolyzer. The energy gained
from the velocity turbine and the
heat cycle would be
'free'.
I'm
NOT saying it is practical, just
that it's possible and would be an
'over-unity' and 'free-energy'
system. It would be getting it's
excess energy from
gravity.

Brown's
Gas is defined as the mixture of
gasses coming out of an electrolyzer
designed to electrolyze (split)
water and does not separate the
resulting gasses from each
other.
Brown's
Gas contains a ratio of about 2
parts hydrogen to 1 part oxygen and
usually contains a significant water
vapor component.

BROWN'S
GAS NEWS (top)
The
Brown's Gas Meeting in Spokane
postponement decision was made for
several reasons.
First,
we had many people tell us that they
wanted to come but they needed more
lead time than we had given for
previous meetings. We gave several
months notice for this meeting and
not one person took advantage of the
lead time. This caused us to assume
that there would be a poor showing,
not worth taking time from our
extremely busy schedule.
Now,
a month before the meeting would
have happened, we are getting
registration forms and money; enough
to easily have justified a meeting.
We will be returning this money
because the meeting is postponed.
I
am now making it very clear that
early registration is important so
that we can plan for an appropriate
meeting place and resource
materials. The meeting in April
IS going to happen, we
already have attendees
registered.
Second,
due to the currently economic
conditions, we feel that people are
less likely to invest in a
'developing' technology. This made
it less attractive for us to hold
the meeting because the main purpose
of the meeting is to sign up members
to the Water Torch
Collective.
Third,
we need time to upgrade the Water
Torch Collective marketing plan to
fit the conditions of a
depression-war economy. Brown's Gas
has some serious advantages and will
be universally accepted if presented
correctly.
Fourth,
we feel that more time will also
allow us to proceed further into the
Water Torch Collective 'Phase 1' of
the marketing plan, making
membership even more
attractive.
-----------
More News -----------
I
have just heard that Atomic Energy
Canada has signed an agreement with
PACE organization. PACE is a leading
advocate in the implementation of
neutralizing radioactive waste using
Brown's Gas. PACE is the independent
organization that tested our
(Eagle-Research) design of Brown's
Gas Machines and found the
technology to be over 98%
efficient.

Dear
George:
After
finding out that high mileage is
possible even with a 350 Chevy.
Short
Box like mine I decided to apply
your principles and ideas in your
books.
I started off with 10-12 Mpg which
jumped to 14-16 with the basic
C.E. However like most
vehicles mine had flooding and
mechanical
problems
limiting my gains. With all
this finally taken care of my Dad
and
I decided to road test my trk.
Today I'm happy to say that my gas
mileage
is unbelievable and achieved with
only the basic C.E. In the
city
with the C.E. off (not required due
to a high quality fuel pump +
regulator)
I obtained 21-22 Mpg. On the highway
again with the C.E. off I
reached
28 Mpg. With the C.E. on at 2 turns
I reached an outstanding
31-34
Mpg with the data to back it up.
With winter on its way this extra
Mpg
is always welcome. I still have yet
to add the electronic version and
the
HYCO2A as well. I would also like to
thank you for offering this
information
to the public for a great
price.

Gday,
Im
interested in having some of these
devices
installed.
Do you have a installers list
for
Australia.
I
am from Sydney. N.S.W.
Thank
you kindly.
Frank
Maric.
Frank,
I
dearly want to get an installers
list together and posted. I have
been too busy on other projects. It
is on the TO DO list. I'm not sure
how long it will take to get to
it.
----------
George,
I was wondering if there are any
subscribers or persons interested in
your fuel savers,carburettor
enhancers,or water as fuel ideas
living in new zealand whom I may be
able to contact for information
sharing and practical
application,
Yours,
Brian Howes.
Brian,
It
is our policy to not give out
private contact information for
anyone in our mailing list. I'm
thinking of developing a place where
people like yourself can list
themselves as wishing to have
contact, then local groups can start
up.

Dear
George,
I
am going to a Dennis Lee Energy
Conference tonight and I thought you
might
want
to know what has happened. Here is a
summary: ...
Dear
readers,
Several
of you kept me informed of Dennis
Lee's progress around the United
States and I sincerely appreciate
that. I will not post those letters
at this time because they are
descriptive and negative. Suffice to
say that this tour was just like all
the others in that he puts on a good
show and tries to sell
distributorships. This time he met
with organized legal resistance and
when he broke the law he was put in
jail.
I'm
sorry for anyone who has bought one
of his distributorships thinking
that the technology he shows on
stage is what he leads you to
believe. To the best of my
knowledge, Dennis Lee has no 'free
energy' technology and no Dennis Lee
distributor has ever made money
selling the products he promotes.
I'm
trying to think of anything in this
situation that is positive and I'm
coming up blank. If anyone out there
can give me proof of anything that
Dennis Lee has actually done to help
people, I'll post it in this
newsletter.
-------------
Hi
George, just read your article on
Brown's Gas advantages, it's all
true, I worked w/Prof Yule Brown and
demonstrated all the items you
mention. Yule his self demonstrated
another aspect to my self and
another person, Don is his first
name....Yule first gouged out a hole
in a common brick bat, then melted a
piece of angle iron into the hole,
(he kept the heat on the melting
metal at all times to bring it to
the dsired temp., then he melted a
piece of aluminum rod into the pool
of metal, then the strangest thing
happoned, a glowing ball of light
rose up from the melting
caldren,
brightest
light I've ever wittnesed, all the
time telling us to stay clear..the
ball of light seemed to hover
forever (actulley only a few
seconds) but long enough to see
something strange was going on! Yule
said in his kind voice...."see, I
make atomic reaction"!w/ the BG
!!!!! laughing he said "I can make
power plants from all junk yards in
America"
...other
aspects of the BG. 1.) temperature
range that we observed, normal
burning temp from torch around 1500
degrees F, when the flame is
directed at a metal it (the metal)
will go to whatever temperature it
takes to sublimate, including
tungston or diamond 2.) welds
aluminum like soldering, anyone that
can solder can weld aluminum w/BG.
Yule once told me that there was no
instrument on the planet that would
measure highest temp of BG. 3.) it
has amazing capibilities and
applications...
thanks
George, for all your help and much
success w/ your BG
program...
