  WHAT'S NEW (top)   The Brown's Gas Meeting in Spokane, Washington, April 13-14/2002 was astonishingly exciting, more details below.   The 'Water Injection Manual' has been published (see order form).   Eagle-Research is moving it's research lab and watertorch manufacturing from Creston, BC, Canada; to Penticton, BC. This choice is the result of years of research into the best place for us to set up for our long term goals. Issue Feature: WATER AS FUEL (top)
  Warning:   Next few paragraphs are venting a Pet Peeve, you can skip it...   One group of people, who intend to make money with it, are applying the HyZor and Water Injection technology. They intend to run the vehicle in a cross country high mileage rally. They have had their problems as they've tried their 'own' way to apply the technologies, which didn't work. Then they called me and paid my consulting fee so that we could help them get it working. We did so by leading them back to and through the manual that they already owned. They have just got a system going (they went the dedicated alternator route) that they say makes "LOTS" of gas. We'll keep you informed of their progress.   Our point is that we've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and decades of time to find the best ways (that we know of) to apply each technology we write about. Typically the projects in our books are superior to existing products that companies have spent over 100 million dollars and taken decades of time researching and developing. We can outperform the R&D capability of traditional companies because of our 'patent-free' philosophy; developing technologies far faster due to worldwide input of ideas which are then shared freely worldwide via our publications.   We wrote these books using the very best knowledge we could acquire and/or develop. We tell the 'secrets' you need to know. 99% of the time, if you don't follow the instructions in the book you bought, you are wasting YOUR time, money and resources. We wrote the books so that you COULD have the 'bottom line' and take advantage of the technologies WITHOUT spending the research resources we've already spent. We also feel that you are not respecting the work we put into getting the best possible information to you. And you are not doing us, yourself or the technology any good if you do not get results; ending with a project you can positively show and tell.   It is a 'pet peeve' of ours that many people regress to where we've already been, thinking they are 'improving' our work. While there is no question that our work can be improved (we're doing it all the time) people should at least run their ideas past us for comment. Of course, many do; that's why we're getting up to 100 emails a day.   Out of the volume of thoughts and ideas, there is the occasional gem that fits with other ideas to make these projects better, more practical, on a grassroots level. We know how to find these gems and how to fit them together to benefit everyone, including YOU.   We can find the gems because we've done the research and know the 'negative' information. This knowledge is VITAL. We know what 'doesn't work' so that we know the problems that need to be overcome. When we see a solution (gem), we recognize it because we know the problem. Of course, having the ability to sift through the information to find the gems is vital too. That's one of George Wiseman's genius.   We thank you for sharing your thoughts with us; so we then find, develop, compile and share the gems with you. And we hope each of you realizes how thankful you should be to each other, because it is those that share that make this really work.   We ask that you build the projects as detailed, then share your thoughts and improvements so that everyone can benefit. NOW ONTO THE GOOD STUFF... WATER AS FUEL
  We first wrote the 'Water as Fuel, Book 1' to let people see what possibilities have been hidden by 'vested interest' for over 100 years. We are now taking EACH technology in the 'Water as Fuel, Book 1' and writing a specific manual that tells you exactly how to apply it to your vehicle (and home). So far we have the 'HyZor Technology' Manual and the 'Water Injection' Manual.   The HyZor Technology is 'state of the art' onboard electrolyzer technology, there is nothing more practical out there. I hear of people that are trying to make 'onboard' electrolyzers work. All of them need to upgrade to the HyZor Technology. Most of them won't copy the HyZor, because they want to patent and the HyZor is public domain... Too Bad and good luck to them :)))   In addition to making a superior electrolyzer (water splitter) in the HyZor design, we tell you how to reduce the amount of electricity you use to make the gas. That's why we call the Manual "HyZor Technology". The power supply is vitally important because you are using engine energy (fuel) to make the electricity that makes the gas. Generally, for every watt of electricity that the alternator produces, you had to use 5 watts worth of fuel. So the combustion needs to be significantly improved to get any fuel gain. The HyZor uses super-efficient electrolysis (using a technique independently tested at 98% efficient) combined with innovative, efficient, practical power supply options. For most applications, the HyZor produces between 5% and 50% fuel savings.   The HyZor makes Brown's Gas from water, and then uses the Brown's Gas to enhance combustion, specifically in vehicles. It is simple and straightforward to build, install and operate.   Then, once you have the HyZor installed, the Brown's Gas not only significantly enhances combustion, it acts as a catalyst to allow you to replace up to 50% of your fuel with water, with no significant performance loss. FUEL SAVER NEWS: (top)
  You can see a really nice fuel saver website at: http://www.mileagemaker.com   These people came to me when I lived in Yahk, BC and paid me to explain everything they needed to set up their own business, in this case, using my Carburetor Enhancer technology. We then had a 'parting of the way' and they went off on their own, calling the technology 'Mileage Maker'. Make no mistake, it is a direct copy of the basic version of the Carburetor Enhancer and works just as well. We have boxes full of testimonials just like theirs.   I'm glad to see that they are doing well (even though they give me no credit or recognition) and they look like they'll be the third group of people to retire rich from selling my Carburetor Enhancer technology. I'd retire rich too if I didn't keep pouring every penny back into research :)))   Remember that I do not patent. I write books that teach people how to implement the technologies I research. My technologies work and actually get used in the marketplace. I know of thousands of fuel saver patents that are 'shelved' by using the 'patent' technique of marketing. Total time invested to date: 2 hours Total money invested to date: $120 Technology installed: fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, vacuum gauge, manual fuel shutoff switch. EPA highway mileage (US gallon) 34 mpg, current mileage 39 mpg.   Note: I think I've figured out this car's persistent float bowl flooding problem. I think the rubber fuel line is breaking up inside and sending small flakes of rubber that get caught in the inlet needle valve, particularly the smaller axially valve. It is interesting to note that the addition of the fuel pressure regulator made the vehicle still operable even during flooding. Previously, fuel would flow up out of the float bowl vents and gush into the engine, flooding it to stall. Now, at low pressure, the worst that happens is a rough idle.   After installing the intake manifold vacuum gauge (last issue) I'm able to see the actual intake manifold vacuum as I drive.   My next step is to install a manual fuel shutoff switch. I used a simple switch attached to the shifter. (It looks like an 'overdrive' or 'dual speed' switch.) When the car is decelerating, I switch the fuel off. The manual switch allows me to 'feel' how the car responds to having the fuel shut off. This allows me to easily determine the vacuum set points that I can use for automatic deceleration fuel shutoff.   Ordinarily, I would use the Electronic Diverter (ED for fuel injection) or the Electronic upgrade for the basic Carburetor Enhancer (ECE for carbureted) to shut off the fuel on deceleration. I don't like to 'reinvent' the wheel, so I make use of vehicle components whenever possible. In this case, the carburetor has 'anti-dieseling' fuel shutoff solenoids already installed OEM. They are energized (opened) when the key is turned on; so it was simple to install a switch that interrupted the electricity and the fuel is now shut off at will.   During our recent travels there have been trips where I have accumulated over 30 miles at highway speeds with the fuel entirely shut off. As you can imagine, the engine also runs a lot cooler.   Many people are unaware that during deceleration, MORE fuel is pumped into most engines. This is supposedly to prevent backfire. My firm stand is that the logical way to prevent backfire is to shut off the fuel. Then you don't pay for fuel you don't need and you don't pollute by burning fuel you don't need. The engine lasts longer, staying cleaner and better lubricated. Most people save from 5% to 25% on their fuel cost with this fuel saving technique.   Deceleration fuel shutoff also allows you to modify your driving habits to advantage.   I've also found that I seldom need to touch my brakes, because the car decelerates faster when there is no fuel going into the engine. Ordinarily, the fuel going into the engine causes it to be 'driven' forward, so that you are not only trying to stop the vehicle by turning inertia into heat, you are wasting braking power ( a LOT of it) by overcoming the engine power as well. As soon as you shut off the fuel (or disconnect the engine) you notice a huge gain in your braking power.   One fuel saving technique (without deceleration fuel shutoff) is to put the vehicle in neutral whenever possible, allowing it to 'coast' at speed while the engine idles, like when you are approaching a red light. The problem with this technique is that 1) the engine is still using fuel and 2) you need to use your brakes to slow down. This is where I recommend 'freewheeling' transmissions.   Now you can save more fuel by allowing the deceleration fuel shutoff to turn the engine into a true brake that doesn't 'wear out' like brake pads do.   When I add the automatic vacuum switches, I'll set them so that they shut off the fuel about 1 inch of vacuum (mercury) above normal idle vacuum.

FREE ENERGY COMMENTS (top)

Here is some information for those interested in free energy. They state "Patents are not granted on devices which do not work" which is frankly not true, so beware when someone states that. In my experience most of the patents in the patent office dealing with 'fuel savers' and 'free energy' energy will not work as patented. However, I know some of these men personally and I think this 'rumor' is as real as it gets without having tested one myself.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++   MEG Scalar Energy Device Patented - Production Starts Next Year From Bill Morgan wmorgan@nycap.rr.com 3-28-2   A patent was granted on March 26, 2002 for "The Motionless Magnetic Generator," MEG) US Patent 6,362,718, which is likely to become the first commercially available free energy device in history in about one year from now. The machine will provide free electricity from the vacuum, for the life of the device, which should be a very long life since it has no moving parts. You can see a picture of scientist Jean-Pierre Naudin's MEG replication model at:   http://jnaudin.free.fr/html/meg.htm.   It has strong magnets, coils, and a controller unit with the electronics. Naudin made the announcement to the MEG-builder's Yahoo group. The announcement has significance since the patent office has always been skeptical of devices which seem to get-something-for-nothing." But according to the new science of scalar electromagnetics, the MEG does not break the law of conservation of energy. It's just that the energy is conserved in the fourth dimension, time, and not our 3-space world.   The MEG provides electrical energy by tapping the longitudinal electromagnetic (EM) waves which exist in almost infinite abundance in the vacuum of space. This ocean of energy which permeates everything is sometimes called the "zero point" energy, since it remains there even at absolute zero temperature.   Four inventors are listed: Stephen L. Patrick, Thomas E. Bearden, James C. Hayes, Kenneth D. Moore.   Tom Bearden has explained the operation of the MEG on his website Cheniere.org, and also speaks about the new fearful weapons that can and have been made using the same "longitudinal waves" of the vacuum.   The complicated physics of how the MEG works is explained in the paper "The Motionless Electromagnetic Generator: Extracting Energy from a Permanent Magnet with Energy Replenishment from the Active Vacuum," which can be found at Tom Bearden's website:   http://www.help4all.de/energy/MEGpaper.pdf   The first MEG units to be produced for sale will output 2.5 kilowatts of free electricity. Forever. They should be in production about a year from now. Facilities for manufacturing the device are being set up in an unnamed "friendly nation."   This free electricity will flow indefinitely, without much, or any maintenance. The units may be hooked together to provide more wattage, so four of them would provide 10 kilowatts. After some production experience units will be made which output 10 kilowatts each. With a couple of those units a house could get off the electrical grid.   Tom Bearden, one of the inventors has said "I will admit that the chief scientist of an important experimental group in a large company was rather stunned at the type of output we were able to obtain. The MEG may look like just a transformer, but it is not. It is a completely different breed of cat." This cat, it would seem, is out of the bag now. The ordinary EM waves we are familiar with are called "transverse" waves, to distinguish them from the new "longitudinal" EM waves of the vacuum.   Bearden has explained in depth on his website cheniere.org that wherever there is a dipole (battery, generator, magnet) there is an unseen flow of longitudinal EM waves in that local vacuum, the only problem is in tapping that energy and "transducing" it to electricity. Bearden says that the problem with all the electrical circuits we have is that they are two-wire circuits, a loop by which half the energy goes back to destroy the dipole. In the MEG that closed loop is never made. So the dipole is not being destroyed.   Patents are not granted on devices which do not work, so in a sense this announcement proclaims a new era. The MEG device itself proclaims and proves that energy is abundantly available everywhere, for free. We only have to build the devices to tap it. MEG type devices could be put into a car with an electric engine to make a truly fuel-less automobile. Electricity can be available in very remote places. People will be able to get off our very terrorist-vulnerable power grids. In an era of terrorism a highly dispersed power system would be most desirable rather than our centralized systems.   What is somewhat astonishing to me is the discovery by Bearden et. al. that time itself is actually compressed energy, and that this free energy is actually coming from the time domain, the ocean of longitudinal EM waves which fill the empty vacuum of spacetime. In fact, time is energy compressed by the same factor that matter is compressed energy: the speed-of-light squared. Thus there is a new companion to Einstein's E=mc2. Can you say "E equals delta-tee-cee-squared?" The "tee" is time and delta-tee is change in time.   A company has been set up to manufacture the MEG called Magnetic Energy Limited.   The ramifications of free energy are enormous. The oil wars are not necessary. If we threw as much money at this technology as we are spending on the oil wars we would be free of the need for oil in less than a decade. With fuel-less cars air pollution will be greatly lessened. Third world nations can raise their standard of living eventually. And the energy is free. And it never runs out.   The granting of the MEG patent is the herald of the new era of scalar electromagnetics, and the free energy which flows forever and never runs out.   Bill Morgan wmorgan@nycap.rr.com

BROWN'S GAS NEWS (top)
  The Brown's Gas meeting in Spokane, Washington, April 13-14/2002 exceeded our expectations. There were dozens of people there, including Jeane Manning and Ted Shepherd. Everyone had a great time, learned a lot and got REALLY excited :))) We have also learned that 'Big Brother' was watching the whole event, but that's another story...   This is an industry changing technology that's time has truly come. The ER1200 Watertorch:
 
Is smaller and lighter than any other 1200 L/h machine in the world.   Is silent in operation (there are no fans or transformers). Competitors machines are very noisy.   Uses about half the power (of the competitors) to make this significant volume of gas.
