WHAT'S
NEW (top)
We are implementing a system
that will help prevent skipped
issues of this newsletter. We are
still extremely busy but see the
need for consistent
communication.
The Eagle-Research Chats are
still postponed. We are just too
busy to properly prepare for and
support them at this
time.
The Energy Club experiment we
mentioned in the previous
newsletter
was a success. We did the basics to
develop a machine for a Brown's Gas
application that EVERY household
will want, which will be revealed in
February of 2005.
The
next Energy Club will be building
and installing HyZor Technology. If
you are interested (local people
only), send an email to get put on
the list to call.
The new book 'Capacitive Power
Supply' is not expected to be ready
until Feb. 05, it got postponed in
the editing process because it needs
some input from me and my schedule
is over-full.
Survey
We
are thinking of starting to make
some electronic 'kits' including the
circuit board and components. Email
in your vote for which kits you
would like and in priority order.
The
most votes will determine our first
kit. The choices are:
'Hall-Effect' HyZor circuit.
This controls the 'onboard' Brown's
Gas generation for increased
combustion efficiency.
Electronic Carburetor Enhancer.
This circuit adds oxygen sensor
feedback to any carburetor, to
double the gains of the 'basic'
Carburetor Enhancer.
Electronic Diverter. This
circuit allows you to take over
control of electronic fuel injectors
(to set your own fuel ratio) in a
way that cannot cause damage to the
OEM computer. It is not a fuel saver
but it is needed for those people
who want to apply serious fuel
savers.
Deceleration fuel Shutoff.
Highly recommended for any vehicle.
There is no reason to have fuel
flowing into the engine on
deceleration.
Power Booster. Gain a few
horsepower by shutting off
(automatic and temporary) the
alternator and/or the air
conditioner when power is needed for
acceleration, passing, climbing
hills.

Note:
I drive older vehicles because I
believe in getting everything out of a
vehicle that it is capable of
giving.
There
is a significant environmental cost to
manufacturing a vehicle.
Having
the vehicle on the road for twice as
long saves tons of pollution by only
needing to produce half the new
vehicles.
Jobs
and resources that are now used to
build new vehicles could be used to
maintain the ones already on the
road.
Of
course, vehicles could be designed that
would not break down for hundreds of
thousands of miles, which would free
people and resources for other
purposes.

FUEL
SAVER NEWS:
(top)
As
you may know, from reading my
Carburetor Enhancer book, I
seriously recommend replacing all
four barrel carburetors (in ordinary
driving situations) and most two
barrels with the MotorCraft 2150
carburetor.
The
Carburetor Enhancer increases the
efficiency of carburetors by
specifically enhancing the 'misting'
action of the carburetors air bleed
system. The MotorCraft 2150 has an
advanced air bleed system that is
particularly applicable to the
Carburetor Enhancer
techniques.
With
nothing more than the basic
Carburetor Enhancer, we have doubled
the mileage of vehicles equipped
with the Motorcraft 2150 more than
any other model of carburetor.
Further,
the Motorcraft 2150 is a very simple
carburetor that is easy to work on
and the rebuild kit is
inexpensive.
Here
is a link to help you become better
acquainted with the Motorcraft
2150:

Next
Stage Of Fuel Saver Technology On
The Honda
We
are now ready to establish the new
mileage baseline. It has taken Honda
months to get the engine operating
'adequately'. The car is so old that
the mechanics don't remember or
weren't trained to work on them; at
least that's they're claiming. The
dealership that rebuilt the engine
has won 'best Honda Service' award
in Canada for four years in a row
(including this year).
Our
baseline will include the fuel
pressure regulator and the
deceleration fuel shutoff. Then we
will continue installing the
Carburetor Enhancer, with electronic
upgrade, and the HyZor
system.
See
pictures and schematics of the
upgrade to date.
www.eagle-research.com/fuelsav/83honda/83honda.html
Before
Engine Rebuild:
Total
time invested to date: 10
hours
Total
money invested to date: actual cost
$270 (least cost = $150)
Technology
installed: fuel filter, fuel
pressure regulator, vacuum gauge,
automatic fuel shutoff circuit with
manual bypass.
EPA
highway mileage (US gallon) 34 mpg,
current mileage 40 mpg.

ENERGY COMMENTS
(top)
Dear
Readers,
Eagle-Research
defines 'free energy' as usable
energy that comes directly from the
environment (you did not pay anyone
for it).
Eagle-Research
tends to ignore 'traditional'
sources of free energy such as wind,
solar, water power and geothermal
because such technologies do not
need our innovation. With the
exception of technology that
increases the efficiency of
traditional sources or makes
traditional sources 'more practical'
for people.
We
concentrate on energy sources that
are not yet developed, such as
gravity, ambient heat, ambient
electrical potentials, orgone
energy, etc.
-------
Eagle-Research
defines an 'over-unity' system as a
system that produces more measured
output energy than measured input
energy.
This
does not mean we get 'something for
nothing', it simply means that we
did not measure all the input
energy.
In
some technologies (such as orgone
energy), we do not yet know how to
measure the input
energies.

Brown's
Gas is defined as: "The mixture of
gasses coming out of an electrolyzer
designed to electrolyze (split)
water and does not separate the
resulting gasses from each
other."
Brown's
Gas is a ratio of about 2 parts
hydrogen to 1 part oxygen and
usually contains a significant water
vapor component.

implemented by Eagle-Research. There
are dozens of profitable
applications that represent
literally Billions of income
potential.

We
arranged for the ER1200 WaterTorches
and Brown's Gas to be represented at
a recent 'Free Energy' Conference,
by our Distributor Larry
Oja.

ER1200
WaterTorch
Notes
The
ER1200 WaterTorch is an absolutely
'Basic' machine. No bells and
whistles, just low cost and high
quality. Exactly what it takes to
efficiently, reliably and safely
produce 1200 liters per hour of
Brown's Gas. (see
more)
Since
2002, we have sold ER1200
WaterTorches around the world. Our
customers are very happy;
particularly if they'd had
experience with BG machines made by
some 'other' manufacturers. Our
machines significantly outperform
the competition in every way and our
customer service is world
class.
As
our customers have been using the
ER1200 WaterTorches, they have been
giving us feedback.
First,
sharing the results of their
experimentation in many
applications, which has been very
impressive and we will discuss in
future issues. The information is so
fantastic that it needs to be
independently verified before we can
openly talk about it.
Second,
machine enhancements that they would
like to have, to make the ER1200
even more impressive. We are
experimenting with several options
(enhancements) that make the ER1200
Watertorches even more
'user-friendly' in specific
applications. These options are
designed to be applied to any ER1200
WaterTorch.
ER1200
Watertorch PRICE CHANGE
NOTICE!
We
are working hard to keep the retail
price of the ER1200 Watertorches at
$3700. Increases in production
volumes has helped us, but due to
recent substantial rises in the cost
of both materials and labor, we may
have to increase the price to
$3700.
I'm
giving you, our newsletter readers,
the heads up on this potential price
increase so that, if you were
considering ordering, you can do so
now. We are going to hold the $3700
price on the next 25 machines (some
of which are now already sold).
After that, if the production costs
have not dropped, we must raise the
price.
I
was at first concerned about the
incredible rise in materials costs
because that historically means a
country is going to war. Then I
realized that the USA did go to war,
is still 'at war' and is now using
huge amounts of resources to rebuild
Iraq. Further, I've learned that
China has vastly increased it's use
of raw materials.

COMMENTS (top)
Dear
readers,
We
get quite a few people requesting
our literature in electronic format.
It
would save postage, production costs
and time for everyone.
We
would like to provide this service
if we could solve the issues of:
1)
People copying and distributing the
information without paying
us.
2)
People changing our information for
various reasons.
We
do not patent any of our projects.
We teach anyone to duplicate our
work. Some of these projects have
taken years to produce, at REAL
costs in the hundreds of thousands
of dollars.
Selling
this information (for less than $30)
pays to keep improving the
technology and to develop more
practical solutions. It's usually a
win-win because the information can
often save the customer thousands of
dollars.
I
am inviting feedback on this issue.
What are YOUR
suggestions?
These
emails are
representative...
-----------
Hi
George,
I
have just enjoyed reading your
archive of past newsletters and
noticed
that
you fear someday that your Books
might someday not be available to
buy due to
suppression.
Have
you considered selling your books
via download from a
website?
I
have bought books like this before.
You bypass the post office all
together and can use paypal for
Payment purposes.
Just
wanted to give you a helpful hint on
how to better get the message
out
and
save people the cost of shipping and
insurance.
P.S.
I just bought your Mileage 101 via
Paypal!
Sincerely,
Mike.
------------
Hi,
My
name is Tony I am interested in
buying your books. Have you
thought
about
perhaps selling your books in e-book
format as well? I think
it
MAY
be the best way as you will save
much on printing, time,
postal
problems
etc.
The
only drawback I could see is there
could be people who
can/will
simply print your books and sell
them as "original" but I
think
there
could be people trying/doing this
even now (by photocopying)
if
that's
the type they are, although I
believe the majority are
honest
folk
especially when we can see what you
are doing for humanity.
I
live in Australia and reading your
"Extreme Mileage" book that I
purchased
off
a distributor, I wouldn't hold my
breath too long as to the time
it
may
take to receive these books if I
ordered any directly from you
or
even
through him if he hasn't got all the
ones I want.
Just
my suggestion on perhaps an easier/
more efficient way to
service
the
world!
Furthermore
I intend to buy and make most of
your devices
especially
extreme
MPG devices and wish to be an
installer here in
Australia.
Having
said that, can you please tell me,
what may be the best way
of
doing
this as I would like to make this my
new career? And what
prices
would
be reasonable to charge for such
installations etc.
